AliceBluAero was born from a desire to become a worldclass, flexible and creative Business and First Class seat supplier. We draw on a rich heritage from our home in N.Ireland, a globally recognised aerospace region often cited as producing around onethird of the world's aircraft seats.
Our sister company, Blue Eagle Precision, has been a key supplier to many seating OEMs over a 25+ year history.
Being based in N.Ireland gives AliceBluAero a hub of essential skills and aircraftapproved suppliers, establishing it as an optimal location for a pioneering seating OEM.
Evolving directly from this supply chain gives us practical advantages: it reduces the risks associated with longdistance worldwide deliveries and significantly strengthens our aftermarket support capability.

UK CAA Part 21 Subpart G Production Organisation Approval (POA), UK.21G.2732, aircraft passenger seats and cabin furnishings.
The POA framework supports production to approved design data, conformity control, and authorised release within the scope of the approval.
Structural testing executed, dynamic and static structural test campaign completed during the prior programme with aviation authority witnessing.

Production system built for traceability and rate
AliceBluAero is implementing a single-piece flow production model designed to keep manufacturing risk low and quality high:
Sub-assemblies built and installed at dedicated stations to avoid cross-shop shuttling and WIP buildup.
Kitted logistics to point-of-use, calibrated tools and right-sized jigs or fixtures at station.
Connected stations with controlled digital work instructions, inspection gates, and ECN overlays.
Conformance and traceability supported by a POA-controlled backbone, GRN to job to CoC linkage from day one.
Quality built into the process, not inspected in at the end.
